Sweet And Sour Ribs

- 3 pounds country style pork ribs shopping list
- 2Tbs. cornstarch shopping list
- 2/3 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup diced onion shopping list
- 2/3 cup brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tsp. dry mustard shopping list
- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 Tbs. soy sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Place ribs meaty side up in a single layer in a Dutch oven or heavy casserole dish. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or til tender. Baste about every 15 minutes.
