Sweet And Sour Ribs Recipe
We love ribs and these are one of our favorites. I usually serve along with Asian Slaw and fried rice.

Ingredients
  • 3 pounds country style pork ribs
  • 2Tbs. cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 Tbs. soy sauce

Directions
  1. Place ribs meaty side up in a single layer in a Dutch oven or heavy casserole dish. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 30 minutes. Drain fat. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or til tender. Baste about every 15 minutes.
