buffalo chicken wraps

- 1 tbsp of olive oil shopping list
- 2 boneless skinless medium chicken breasts ,cut into tiny strips shopping list
- 1 small green bell pepper (you can mix colors of bell peppers)chopped into cubes shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp of garlic salt shopping list
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper (for less heat,ommit this) shopping list
- franks hot sauce shopping list
- 2 whole weat pita breads shopping list
- lettuce ,chopped shopping list
- 1/2 a cup reduced fat mozzarella shopping list
How to make it
- in a medium sauce pan heat the olive oil and add the chicken
- cook on medium till the chicken is no longer pink
- add bell peppers and onions and cook untill soft or required texture
- salt and pepper to taste
- add the garlic salt and cayenne pepper
- add franks hot sauce, as this is your sauce you can add as much or as little as you wish
- heat for about 30 seconds
- serve on a pita bread with lettuce and cheese
- serves 2
