How to make it

  • in a medium sauce pan heat the olive oil and add the chicken
  • cook on medium till the chicken is no longer pink
  • add bell peppers and onions and cook untill soft or required texture
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • add the garlic salt and cayenne pepper
  • add franks hot sauce, as this is your sauce you can add as much or as little as you wish
  • heat for about 30 seconds
  • serve on a pita bread with lettuce and cheese
  • serves 2
