Green Leaves With Grilled Goat Cheese Recipe
NIce light and refreshing tapas or salad for any occasion. I love grilled goat cheese.

Ingredients
  • 11 oz goat cheese
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 bag baby green leaves
  • Vinaigrette:
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions
  1. Vinaigrette:
  2. Dissolve salt, pepper and honey in the vinegar and beat in the extra virgin olive oil until an emulsion forms.
  3. Cut the cheese into 3/4" slices, brush with oil, and grill until golden.
  4. Serve onto plates, add the salad and dress with vinaigrette.

How on earth did I miss this recipe? I am a goat cheese nut! Love the stuff, and in any form! There is a goat gouda that has tickled my fancy latley. I'll be sure to try and use this one. Thanks again.
