How to make it

  • Vinaigrette:
  • Dissolve salt, pepper and honey in the vinegar and beat in the extra virgin olive oil until an emulsion forms.
  • Cut the cheese into 3/4" slices, brush with oil, and grill until golden.
  • Serve onto plates, add the salad and dress with vinaigrette.

    How on earth did I miss this recipe? I am a goat cheese nut! Love the stuff, and in any form! There is a goat gouda that has tickled my fancy latley. I'll be sure to try and use this one. Thanks again.
