How to make it
- Dissolve salt, pepper and honey in the vinegar and beat in the extra virgin olive oil until an emulsion forms.
- Cut the cheese into 3/4" slices, brush with oil, and grill until golden.
- Serve onto plates, add the salad and dress with vinaigrette.
