How to make it

  • Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  • Remove from heat and gradually blend in the milk. Return to heat and cook stirring until the sauce boils and thickens.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Season and stir in the cheese. Mix the macaroni through the sauce.
