I love this recipe because it is so simple.

Ingredients
  • 30g Butter
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • seasoning to taste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni

Directions
  1. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
  2. Remove from heat and gradually blend in the milk. Return to heat and cook stirring until the sauce boils and thickens.
  3. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Season and stir in the cheese. Mix the macaroni through the sauce.
