Cheese Potato Salad

This is my brother's potato salad recipe! It's very good indeed! The cheese makes a difference!
Ingredients
- 6 to 8 cooked, diced potatoes ( Yukon gold or white ) shopping list
- mayonnaise - enough to bind shopping list
- salt, pepper, garlic powder shopping list
- finely chopped celery shopping list
- finely chopped onions shopping list
- chopped hard boiled eggs as desired shopping list
- small diced white American cheese as desired shopping list
- fine chopped red basil to taste shopping list
- fine chopped dill weed to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together and chill.
- I told my brother I probably would even try a white cheddar cheese in the recipe next time.
- The cheese is the special ingredient!
- Colorful as well as very tasty.
