This is my brother's potato salad recipe! It's very good indeed! The cheese makes a difference!

Ingredients
  • 6 to 8 cooked, diced potatoes ( Yukon gold or white )
  • Mayonnaise - enough to bind
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • finely chopped celery
  • finely chopped onions
  • chopped hard boiled eggs as desired
  • small diced white American cheese as desired
  • fine chopped red basil to taste
  • fine chopped dill weed to taste

Directions
  1. Mix all together and chill.
  2. I told my brother I probably would even try a white cheddar cheese in the recipe next time.
  3. The cheese is the special ingredient!
  4. Colorful as well as very tasty.
