A yummy light summer side - goes perfectly with chicken or steak hot off the grill! Easy-peasy to make.

Ingredients
  • 1 can black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can "Mexicorn"
  • 1/2 container grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1/2 red onion, chopped fine
  • 5 or 6 (or more, depending on your heat tolerance) sliced pickled jalapenos, chopped fine
  • Liberal "squirt" Zesty Ranch salad dressing
  • salt/pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Chill about 1 hour prior to serving.
  4. Stir and enjoy!!
