    I love to can and now that summer is here I wil be going to Farmers market and getting all kinds of goodies,and then set to work.
    I never did any Canning before Until I moved to Texas(I am from Scotland) and then my mother in law took my under her wing and taught me a LOT.I also have books to help me and when she passed I got all her canning equiptment......and boy do I put it to great Use
