Ingredients
  • 100 Grams butter
  • (look on the back side of your-- measuring cup)
  • 1 Tablespoon golden syrup. (any light syrup will do)
  • 1/2 Cup sugar
  • 3/4 Cup Coconut
  • 3/4 Cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 Cup flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 Tbsp hot water

Directions
  1. Melt butter and syrup together in a large saucepan. Cool. Mix sugar, coconut, rolled oats, and flour together. Stir into saucepan. Dissolve soda in water and mix in. Place rounded teaspoonfuls on a greased oven tray. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 15 minutes. Makes 36.
