How to make it

  • Combine the snapper, jalapeño peppers, lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro, sugar, salt ad pepper, in a non reactive bowl
  • Cover and place in the refrigerator to marinate for three to four hours or until the fish turns white and opaque
  • Stir the mixture occasionally to evenly distribute the marinade
  • Serve with some fresh deep fried flour tortillas
