Lemon Crisp Cookies

We love theese and there so easy to make.
Ingredients
- 1 box lemon cake mix shopping list
- 1 cup rice cereal shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 egg beaten shopping list
- 1 tsp. grated lemon peel shopping list
How to make it
- in a large bowl,combine all ingredents untell well mixed.
- Dough will be crumbly.
- shape into little balls
- place 2 in. apart on cookie sheet sprayed with oil
- Bake at 350 for 10 to 12 min.
- Makes about 4 doz.

wow - so easy too! great way to use a cake mix but don't forget to check the date on the box! I'm bad about buying cake mix on sale and storing it... by the time I remember - the date has expired! Hope we can share many recipes and smiles. Jett
