Chocolate Covered Peanut Cookies Recipe
It's a small twist on the regular chocolate-chip cookie. These things are incredibly addictive and go great with a glass of milk!

Ingredients
  • One cup softened butter.
  • 3/4 cup white sugar.
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar.
  • 2 large eggs.
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 3 cups flour.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking flour.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • 2 cups of chocolate-covered peanuts (or to liking)

Directions
  1. Preheat over to 300°F.
  2. - Cream butter, add white and brown sugars and mix until soft and fluffy.
  3. - Add one egg at a time, mixing well after each.
  4. - Beat until smooth, then add vanilla.
  5. - In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. - Add to the creamed butter and sugar mixture and combine.
  7. - Add chocolate - covered peanuts half-way through.
  8. (You can crush the peanuts if you wish or add them whole.)
  9. - Spoon onto cookie sheet and place in oven for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden brown.
