This is a take on the quesadilla that we really like. Grandsons love these.

Ingredients
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-in.)
  • 1 pkg. Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast
  • 12 slices cooked bacon or Oscar Mayer Ready to Serve Bacon
  • 1 1/3 cups chopped tomatoes (about 2 med.)
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup Miracle Whip Dressing

Directions
  1. Top tortillas evenly with turkey, bacon, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese; fold in half.
  2. Cook, one at a time, in nonstick skillet on medium heat 2-3 min. on each side or until crisp and golden brown on both sides.
  3. Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges.
  4. Serve with the dressing.
