  • Ingredients Pancakes:
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • For the Pancakes:
  • Beat eggs until foamy. Beat in milk & oil. Add remaining ingredients. Spoon batter onto hot griddle. Cook on both sides until golden brown. Serve with warm topping.
