Ingredients

1/2 cup good balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup of balsamic syrup (condensed or cream of balsamic

1-1/2 cups extra virgin cold pressed olive oil

2 cloves of garlic minced

2 tablespoons fresh (if possible) chopped Corriander (if dried seeds are preferable)

2 tablespoons Home made mayonnaise (optional)

1/2 teaspoon of dried mustard

1 tablespoons dijon mustard

salt to taste (fine salt)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients in the bottle/jar of your choice and shake before serving.

Keep refregirated.
