Aussie Potato Salad

You may like this down under potato salad. It's deliciously different.
Ingredients
- 4 cups potato raw & diced shopping list
- 1 onion finely Chopped shopping list
- 2 Tsp mint chopped shopping list
- Dressing shopping list
- 1 egg hard boiled finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Tsp sugar shopping list
- 2/3 cup cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Cook potato until just tender,
- Drain and add onion and mint.
- Mix together and add salad dressing, mix carefully.
- Serve chilled.
- Dressing: Mix all ingredients well
