Ingredients

2 boxes Macaroni and Cheese mix

1 pkg hotdogs

1 cup cheese crumbles, (chedder or 3 Cheese)

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup plain bread crumbs or panko

1/4 tsp pepper

1/2 to 1 tsp paprika

about 2 Tbs. minced sweet onion

Directions

Cook macaroni according to package direction, adding hotdogs cut in to bite sized pieces.

Drain well and return to hot pot.

Continue making macaroni according to the package using the 1/2 cup butter as apposed to the 1/4 cup called for.

Add cheese crumbles and stir well.

Combine bread crumbs, and spices, then add to Macaroni

Add minced onion (if using dried minced onion soak in 1/4 warm water until reconstituted and then drain)

Stir well and serve.
