A quick, easy, cheap but tasty supper dish

Ingredients
  • Cold cooked potatoes, sliced
  • 1 smallcan salmon
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Grated Onion
  • 1 can condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Crushed potato chips or grated cheese for topping

Directions
  1. Arrange potatoes and salmon alternately in a buttered casserole.
  2. Season well with salt, pepper and grated onion.
  3. Mix soup and milk and pour over potatoes and salmon.
  4. Cover with potato chips dotted with butter, or with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
