This chicken is so good! It is very crispy and juicy!

Ingredients
- 4-6 Chicken Breasts or thighs, cleaned, and salted to taste.
- Olive oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Clean and salt chicken well.
- Place chicken on shallow baking sheet and coat well with olive oil (add some herbs ie; garlic, parsley for added flavor)
- Place in oven and bake for about 45 minutes until chicken is well done!

Thanks...I LOVE simple recipes! That's what I really like about this website! ;) And if ya wanna cheat on this one...the way I used to make it, I used regular vegetable oil! It does taste better with Olive oil, but it is not a must have thing for it!
