Coconut Macaroons Recipe
This is one of my favorite sweets. When I happened across it in a cook book I was looking at, I got so excited. ~wl

Ingredients
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 1/8 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 1/2 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 2/3 Cups Sweetened, Condensed Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
  2. Sift the flour and salt into a bowl
  3. Add the coconut
  4. Pour in the milk
  5. Add Vanilla extract and stir (from the center outwards) to make a thick batter
  6. Drop heaping tablespoons of the batter 1" apart
  7. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes
  8. Allow to cool on rack
  9. ENJOY!!!
