Coconut Macaroons

- 1/3 Cup flour shopping list
- 1/8 Teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 1/2 Cups shredded coconut shopping list
- 2/3 Cups Sweetened, condensed milk shopping list
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Farenheit
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl
- Add the coconut
- Pour in the milk
- Add Vanilla extract and stir (from the center outwards) to make a thick batter
- Drop heaping tablespoons of the batter 1" apart
- Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes
- Allow to cool on rack
- ENJOY!!!
