How to make it

  • Slice the shallot and fry in cooking oil
  • Meanwhile heat leftover rice in a medium pot with the soy milk
  • Add peas, fish sauce, soy sauce
  • Let heat through
  • When shallots are crispy set aside
  • Add ginger, lemon grass and seasonings
  • Heat through
  • Lastly add crispy shallots
