Asian Twisted Rice

- 1/2 tspn preferred cooking oil shopping list
- 2 cups leftover jasmine rice shopping list
- 2 splashes of vanilla soy milk shopping list
- 1/4 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1 shallot shopping list
- 3-4 shakes of fish sauce shopping list
- 1 splash of soy sauce shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon grated ginger shopping list
- fresh or frozen lemon grass, minced finely- (to taste) shopping list
- seasonings ( I used pinch of sea salt, garlic powder, and pepper) shopping list
How to make it
- Slice the shallot and fry in cooking oil
- Meanwhile heat leftover rice in a medium pot with the soy milk
- Add peas, fish sauce, soy sauce
- Let heat through
- When shallots are crispy set aside
- Add ginger, lemon grass and seasonings
- Heat through
- Lastly add crispy shallots
