This is deliciously creamy and refreshing, the perfect thing for cooling down your tastebuds after spicy food. It's even healthy too!

Ingredients
  • 225ml/8fl oz natural plain yoghurt
  • 225ml/8fl oz chilled water
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 100g/4 oz peeled ripe mango, chopped, and all it's juice

Directions
  1. Blitz all ingredients together in a blender.
  2. Drink it nice and cold.
