This is deliciously creamy and refreshing, the perfect thing for cooling down your tastebuds after spicy food. It's even healthy too!
Ingredients
- 225ml/8fl oz natural plain yoghurt shopping list
- 225ml/8fl oz chilled water shopping list
- 2 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 100g/4 oz peeled ripe mango, chopped, and all it's juice shopping list
How to make it
- Blitz all ingredients together in a blender.
- Drink it nice and cold.
