How to make it

  • Beat the cheese with the butter until amalgamated to a cream, then stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste and add more of anything that you may feel may be needed. Let the spread mellow and develop flavour for an hour or two at room temperature before serving. Refrigerate leftover for up to 2 days.
