You can use my fresh white cheese or yogurt cheese for this recipe or you can purchase cheese. This recipe is from “The Good Stuff” Cookbook by Helen Witty

Ingredients
  • 1 cup firm fresh white cheese or yogurt cheese
  • 1/4 to 1/3 cup crumbled bleu, Roquefort, Saga or Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 medium clove garlic, minced to a fine pulp

Directions
  1. Beat the cheeses together and add the garlic. Let mellow for an hour or two at room temperature before serving. Lefto-overs will keep. Refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
