Fresh White Cheese or Yogurt Cheese with Blue Cheese

- 1 cup firm fresh white cheese or yogurt cheese shopping list
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup crumbled bleu, Roquefort, Saga or gorgonzola cheese shopping list
- 1 medium clove garlic, minced to a fine pulp shopping list
How to make it
- Beat the cheeses together and add the garlic. Let mellow for an hour or two at room temperature before serving. Lefto-overs will keep. Refrigerated for 2 or 3 days.
