Taco Dip

Great Taco dip that can be served for any party. Keep cooked meat in freezer and other ingredients on hand for a quick throw together dip.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1 16 oz. jar medium salsa shopping list
- 1 package taco seasoning mix shopping list
- 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 2 cups shredded mexican cheese Blend shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef until cooked through.
- Add salsa and taco seasoning mix to ground beef, mix well
- In a 9 inch pie plate spread the softened cream cheese.
- Spread beef mixture over the cream cheese.
- Top with Mexican Cheese Blend.
- Microwave on high 3 to 4 minutes or until the cheese has melted and is slightly bubbly.
- Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!
