Sweet And Sour Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken

2 cups ketchup

1 can crushed pineapple with juice

3/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions

place the chicken in the bottom of your crock pot. Pour over the can of pineapple. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low. Check center of chicken before serving. We like it over rice.
