Sweet And Sour Chicken Recipe

This is a really easy throw together dinner. I serve it over rice.

Ingredients
- 4 pieces of boneless skinless chicken
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1 can crushed pineapple with juice
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
Directions
- place the chicken in the bottom of your crock pot. Pour over the can of pineapple. In a separate bowl combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over top of chicken. Cover and cook on low. Check center of chicken before serving. We like it over rice.
