This makes a beautiful amber-coloured jelly salad with a mellow flavour.

Ingredients
  • 1 3 oz. package orange-flavoured gelatin
  • 1 cup hot orange spice tea, very strong
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 10 oz. can mandarin oranges

Directions
  1. Dissolve gelatin in hot tea. Add pineapple and orange sections. Chill until syrupy. Pour into a jelly mold or glass bowl. Chill.
