Hot Granola Baked Apple

- I fresh apple shopping list
- 1 cup of your favorite granola shopping list
- Option: use rolled oats or other whole-grain hot cereal mix shopping list
- cinnamon shopping list
- Bits of butter or margarine shopping list
- sugar or artificial sweetener shopping list
- milk or yogurt or cottage cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cut apple into large chunks (okay to leave peeling on for more chewiness & vitamins).
- Put into cereal bowl and top with granola, spices, butter & sweetener. Cover bowl and microwave on high for about 5 minutes, or till apple is cooked (check & stir once or twice).
- Remove from microwave when done & carefully uncover
- Add milk or yogurt or cottage cheese (for a bit of protein) and eat with a spoon.
