- 2 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 6 8-ounce fish fillets shopping list
- 2 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh oregano shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped capers shopping list
- parchment paper (cut into wrapping size for fish fillets) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly brush baking sheet with olive oil.
- Place fish fillets in the center part of parchment paper. .
- Season the fish with a little salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and lemon juice.
- Spread the butter, on top of the fish fillets top with tarragon, thyme and capers.
- Fold the ends of parchment paper together and crimp along the sides to seal and create a packet.
- Place the packet in the oven and bake fish for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer fish packets to plates. Tear the parchment paper in the middle to release the steam.
