How interesting and good sounding all at once! I have never seen the addition of the baking powder in a pizza dough recipe before. I guess that makes the dough bake into a more fluffy product? I have a bread maker that just needs some TLC, but I used to make homemade pizzas all the time when I was married. I had someone to help me eat it!
Have you ever made Calzones using this recipe?

I bet they would be good!
