How to make it

  • Add ingredients, one at a time, to a zipper type gallon sized freezer bag.
  • Shake bag to mix all ingredients well.
  • Keep the bag of mix in the fridge until ready to use.
  • Use in recipes that call for Bisquick baking mix.
  • NOTE:
  • For every 2 cups mix used, add 1/2 cup applesauce or fat free mayo. This replaces the shortening that is in typical baking mix.
