I obtained this recipe from an estate sale a few years back and have made it on several occasions. It is very good. I have also made it with turkey, chicken, shrimp and crab and all are equally good. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 cups diced cooked ham
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 8 ounce package cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup chopped toasted pecans

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix completely.
  2. Spread on rye bread or crackers.
