How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients in a thick sauce pan.
  • Stir until sugar is desolved.
  • Cook on medium heat until thick and syrupy.(is that a word?)
  • Serve over cooked dried lima beans (or you may have other uses for it)
  • ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
  • Be careful not to let this burn. It can ruin a pan.

    I can well imagine this tasting wonderful over dried lima beans--especailly those large ones! I have to try it!
