White Cheese and Strawberries

So simple yet so tasty. Especially for the spring and summer months. You can put it out as an appetizer or even as a light dessert. Just cut, drizzle, serve.
Ingredients
- fresh strawberries (cut into slices) shopping list
- Puerto Rican white cheese or any mild white cheese (cut into bite-sized chunks) shopping list
- honey shopping list
How to make it
- On a platter, arrange the strawberries and cheese so that they look pretty.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Serve with toothpicks.
- Eat the strawberry with the cheese.
