How to make it
- You can always substitue Chicken broth for all the wine, but alot of the time that means you miss the fruityness that the wine gives the dish, so .....
- Use all but 1/4 cup of chicken broth for the amount of wine called for. If the recipe calls for white wine, use1/4 cup white grape juice. If it calls for red wine, use 1/4 cup red grape juice.
- To tone down the sweetness, add a little white or red wine vinegar.
- Never use cooking wines, they are nasty!

Thanks! I don't use alcohol either. Although I think I've posted some recipes with alcohol so others can make it that way if they choose, I usually use broth or water, and I've even used apple juice depending upon the recipe.
