How to make it

  • Combine lemon juice, oil, taragon, garlic and pepper and pour on salmon in ziploc bag or baking dish. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Remove skewers from water.
  • Thread on salmon.
  • Grill for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Salt to taste during the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Serve with rice pilaf and veggie skewers.
  • For the veggie skewers, I usually use mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, onions and grape tomatoes in the same type of marinade.

    This sounds like it would go great on top of a Caesar salad with light dressing, or a pasta salad -- going to try that soon! I love salmon! Thank you for the idea!
