Kiwi Dessert In A Hurry Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup frozen, cubed kiwi(or other fruit)

1/2 cup plain low fat yoghurt

juice of half a lemon

2 T splenda/sugar/honey etc..

Directions

Put all the ingredients in a food processor and mix together

serve in glasses and eat immediately..

Enjoy...:)

You can replace the kiwi with all sorts of frozen, cubed fruits and berries and use juice, sour cream or what ever you got instead of yoghurt

I have never thought to freeze kiwi - what a perfect idea! My granddaughter will love this "treat" and her mom will appreciate that I didn't load her up with sugar - thanks!
