Ingredients
  • 3 lb Lamb Stew Meat
  • 1 Turnip - cubed
  • 1/2 med head of cabage - chopped
  • 3 lb potatoes- cubed
  • 2 lb carrots - sliced
  • 1 rutabega - cubed
  • 6 good sized onions - chopped
  • 1 qt tomatoes
  • ~@~
  • It does not say on my recipe, but I add salt and pepper to taste and a couple bay leaves. That was basic seasoning for my great uncle, so I'm sure that is what Bepa did.

Directions
  1. In a large heavy pot, brown lamb in a little oil.
  2. Mix everything together and stew until done, or meat and veggies are tender.
