Mustard Sauce with Chives and Parsley

- ----For 3 cups sauce you will need----- shopping list
- 6 oz. dijon-style mustard shopping list
- 3 egg yolks shopping list
- 2-1/2 cups olive oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley shopping list
- 1 small bunch chives, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Tbsp. each sugar and salt shopping list
- worcestershire sauce and shopping list
- horseradish to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Beat together mustard and egg yolks until smooth and creamy.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil, beating until well incorporated.
- Mix in remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve cold or at room temperature.

- You can also combine all the ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl, fitted with steel blade, and blend until creamy and well combined.
