This is a great sauce for roast beef, pork chops or any grilled meat.

Ingredients
  • ----For 3 cups sauce you will need-----
  • 6 oz. Dijon-style mustard
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2-1/2 cups olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 small bunch chives, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. each sugar and salt
  • Worcestershire sauce and
  • horseradish to taste

Directions
  1. Beat together mustard and egg yolks until smooth and creamy.
  2. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, beating until well incorporated.
  3. Mix in remaining ingredients until well blended. Serve cold or at room temperature.
  4. -----Tip---
  5. You can also combine all the ingredients in a blender container or food processor bowl, fitted with steel blade, and blend until creamy and well combined.
