How to make it

  • Wash and cut Brussels in half
  • place extra virgin olive oil in medium skillett
  • add onion sautee' until almost done
  • add Brussels make sure and add them to the pan flat side down
  • once the brussels start to brown add about 1/2-1 cup chicken broth
  • flip the brussels a couple of times once they are soft remove from heat and serve.
  • ENJOY!!

    Oh, yes. I love brussel sprouts and often roast them to a dark carmelized brown. Love this recipe. Good stuff.
