Deen Bros Zesty Grilled Pork Chops

Nice change from the usual pork chops on the grill. Love the citrus and ginger along with the little kick of hot pepper. Saw Paula Deen's boys make these on TV one morning and got the recipe from ABC News.
Ingredients
- 6 1/2" boneless pork chops, center cut (I used bone in) shopping list
- 6 T. olive oil, plus additional for brushing shopping list
- 1 t. grated orange zest shopping list
- 6T. freshly squeezed orange juice shopping list
- 1 T. grated fresh ginger root shopping list
- 1 t. hot sauce shopping list
- 1 t. salt shopping list
- freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all the marinade ingredients in a zip-lock bag large enough to accomodate pork chops. Add pork chops and squeeze all the air out of the bag so that marinade flows all around chops. Marinate in the fridge 30-60 minutes.
- Remove from marinade and grill until done to your liking.
