How to make it

  • Almond Filling:
  • Mix ingredients until blended
  • Apricot Filling:
  • Place fruit in medium saucepan and cover with water until about an inch over the fruit bring to boil and reduce to simmer for 35- 45 minutes until very tender mash until fruit is smooth
  • Add cinnamon and vanilla add 1/2 cup sugar to taste-- and more if desired.
  • Pineapple:
  • Combine, Cook until thick, cool.

    You are so welcome. It took me quite a few years to find a recipe for fillings that I use to make Kolachy's. I got tired of using the canned pastry fillings.
