I got this from Feb 2008 issue of WWE mag. This recipe comes from Santino Marella. The quick sauce at the bottom has it's own recipe which I will post after this one.

Ingredients
  • 3 pork chops
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions
  1. Season your chops with oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Lightly coat the the bottom of a frying pan in olive oil and warm over medium heat.
  3. Add your chops and cook on each side until brown. Serve alongside quicksause and pasta.
