My husband hated oatmeal till I fixed it this way for him. Takes the boring out of a humdrum cereal to Tastebud Nirvana!!

When I have some on hand, I like to add a spoonful or two of any multi-grain hot cereal mix that you find in the health food section of your grocery store. This ups the nutrition & fiber, including sliced bananas or any fresh fruit you like.

This does sound very healthy & filling. The small packets of oatmeal just don't do it for me. I have tried to cut back but around 8:30 am I am starving.(I get up at 4) lol
