Wonderful,creamy coconut ,chocolate and cool whip pie.

Ingredients
  • 11/3c grated coconut
  • 2Tbs butter or margarine(melted)
  • 1tsp instant coffee
  • 2Tbs water
  • 1(71/2 oz.) milk chocolate candy bar with almonds(Hershey's,for instance)
  • 4c cool whip

Directions
  1. Combine coconut and butter;press into 8" pie pan.
  2. Bake in oven at 325 for 10 mins or till golden. Cool thoroughly.
  3. In small sauce pan dissolve coffee in water.. Add chocolate bar. Stir chocolate mixture over low heat till melted. Cool. Fold in Cool Whip.
  4. Pile into coconut crust. Garnish with chocolate curls. Chill in freezer several hours or overnight. Remove from freezer several minutes before serving.
