Well I have made this dish a lot of times it goes good with almost anything to eat. We have this a lot at cook outs.

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbsp. zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onions
  • 1 cup Minute White rice, uncooked
  • 1-1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 plum tomato, chopped
  • 1 oz. (1/8 of 8-oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley

Directions
  1. Heat dressing in small saucepan on medium heat.
  2. Add onions, cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender.
  3. Stir in rice, broth and tomatoes. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, simmer 3 minutes.
  4. Add cheeses and parsley, stir until blended.
  5. Remove from the heat, let stand covered 5 minutes before serving.
