Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup granulated splenda OR sugar
  • 1/4 cup splenda brown sugar mix OR 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt in small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed.
  4. Beat in egg and vanilla until well blended.
  5. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until consistent.
  6. Stir in chocolate chips and cranberries.
  7. Drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet spacing three inches apart. Cookies should be about 1/4 cup each,
  8. Flatten dough until they are about 2 inches wide.
  9. Bake 10 - 12 minutes or until cookies are set.
  10. Cool for at least three minutes before moving.
