A Friend of my mom gave me this recipe. It is quick, cheap and easy to make!

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Raw Rice
  • Potatoes Peeled and Sliced in Slices
  • Mix Vegetables
  • Mushrooms
  • Lamb Chops sprinkle with salt & pepper
  • 1 Packet Brown Onion Soup Powder mix with 800ml Water

Directions
  1. Pack ingredients in different layers in a casserole
  2. Pour the Brown Onion Soup over.
  3. Bake for 3 hours at 180 C
