- 1 c Urad dhall-Soaked 30 min shopping list
- 1tsp rice flr shopping list
- 11/2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 c water shopping list
- Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp shopping list
- orange colour Powder a pinch shopping list
How to make it
- Grind the Soaked Urad dal without water
- Make sure the batter will float in the water like butter
- Make a thick syrup of water & sugar & pinch of colouring pwdr,cardamon pwdr
- In a thick bottomed pan heat oil
- Make a cone from a sheet of plastic bag..
- Add 2 or 3 tsp if the batter into it
- Cut off one end to make small hole
- Press the batter into the oil like spirals
- Fry till crisp on both sides
- Remove from oil,drain a bit,dunk it in the sugar syrup for 10-15 min
- Serve it in a room temp
