Easy Spaghetti Meat Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 and 1/2 lbs of ground beef

2 cans of Tomato paste

2 cans of tomato sauce

2 tsp each of the following:

oregano

Garlic salt

Italian seasoning

marjoram

onion powder

basil

Rosemary

to taste:

Red Pepper Flakes

1/3 cup of sugar

( Being a poor college kid I know that sometimes that it may be hard to get all those spices in one place. The three important ones are the garlic salt Italian Seasoning and the sugar. If you missing the rest, just add more Itallian seasoning!)

Directions

Open your cans of sauces and dump them in your crock pot. The take a wisk, (or a fork which ever is handy :) ) and mix in thouroughly the tomato paste Throw in your spices and give it a quick mix. Now with salt and pepper brown your 1 and 1/2 lbs of Ground Beef, when it's cooked thououghly, drain any excess fat and throw it in the crock pot with a quick stir. I suggest you let it cook for at least 45 min but the longer it sits and stews, the better. Be sure to try it again the second day, it's even better!
