How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Boil chicken and cut into cubes. For some added flavor, you can boil the chicken in vegetable bullion.
  • Mix together chicken, soup, vegetables and spices in a large bowl.
  • Take 1 pie shell and poke holes in crust with fork and bake in oven till golden brown.
  • Put chicken mixture into heated pie shell.
  • Use other pie shell to cover the chicken and press around edges. (To make it easier, you can use those new, nifty roll out pie shells. You can find those with the biscuits.)
  • Bake pie for approximately 45 min or until the top is golden brown.
  • Cool and serve.
